Job summary

Devereux Pennsylvania Children’s Services is seeking a full-time Outpatient Clinical Supervisor to supervise clinicians and students and provide direct outpatient therapy to community individuals. This role supports West Chester and Malvern PA operations within a nationwide nonprofit.

Qualifications include a Master’s in Human Service, DBT experience, LPC/LCSW/LMFT licensure and at least 3 years in behavioral health with supervisory exposure.

Qualifications

• DBT experience required.
• Master’s degree in Human Service discipline.
• Licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
• 3 years’ behavioral health care experience with supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to outpatient clinicians and supervise students.
• Ensure compliance with state/county guidelines and center standards of care; document services appropriately.
• Deliver direct clinical services using evidence-based models.
• Document program participation, charts, referrals, case management, and progress notes.
• Interview, orient and supervise staff or consultants with supervisors and People Operations.
• Communicate with staff, clients, families and inter-agency teams; attend meetings as required.
• Oversee at least one evidence-based program and maintain its fidelity; oversee evaluation and staffing of cases.
