Job summary

New Mexico Solutions is seeking an Outpatient Clinical Coordinator to work under the supervision of the Program/Clinical Director. The role focuses on program and staff coordination, direct client services, and participation in a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.

You will engage in intake, enrollment coordination, scheduling, and outreach while ensuring documentation meets standards and contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human services related field is required.
• Clinical licensure in BH or eligibility is preferred.
• Experience with target population is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program coordination under supervision of Director.
• Coordinate intake, enrollment, orientation and referrals for new clients.
• Support scheduling, group services, and coverage.
• Maintain on-call schedules and special contracts.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to provide services.
• Document services in regulatory standards and agency expectations.
• Assist in staff training, supervision, and development.
• Complete administrative duties and special projects.
