Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned outpatient area, including hiring, training, and delegating tasks.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, regulatory requirements and Joint Commission standards.
• Serve as primary liaison and resource for the clinic to provide holistic, evidence-based therapeutic care.
• Utilize quality processes and best practices to improve clinic operations.
• Implement evidence-based practices such as discharge calls, leadership rounding, AIDET and HML conversations.
