Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• RN license in Virginia or eligible to practice in Virginia.
• Three years' RN experience in Cardiology; one year in supervision/leadership.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Director of Outpatient Practices to resolve issues within deadlines.
• Coordinates provider office schedules; monitors patient volumes, access, and service.
• Ensures regulatory compliance with federal/state authorities and others.
• Oversees front-end Revenue Cycle functions (insurance verification, registration, co-pay, charge entry).
• Partners with Physician Billing, Patient Financial Services, and Medical Records for financial improvement.
• Oversees Outpatient Practice with leadership to hire/train, implement business strategies, and delegate tasks.
