Inova Health System is seeking an Outpatient Clinic RN Manager in Ashburn, VA for a full-time day shift (Mon-Fri) at Inova Multispecialty - Filigree Ct. You will lead a multidisciplinary team across Primary Care, Cardiology, Pulmonology, and Endocrinology, delivering high-quality patient care.

The role requires a BSN, Virginia RN licensure, 2 years of RN experience, and BLS/ACLS certifications. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned outpatient area, including hiring, training, and delegating tasks.

• Serve as primary liaison and resource for the clinic to provide holistic, evidence-based therapeutic care.
• Utilize quality processes and best practices to improve clinic operations.
• Implement evidence-based practices such as discharge calls, leadership rounding, AIDET and HML conversations.

Inova Multispecialty - Filigree Ct is looking for a dedicated Outpatient Clinic RN Manager to join the team. This role will be full time day shift from Monday - Friday. This location will offer a variety of specialties include: Primary Care, Cardiology, Pulmonology, and Endocrinology.

Outpatient RN Manager Job Responsibilities:

• Oversees assigned area to ensure it is performing effectively, which may include but not limited to, hiring and training team members, creating and implementing business strategies, managing performance of team members, and delegating tasks.

• Ensures compliance with quality, safety, regulatory requirements and the Joint Commission standards.

• Serves as a primary liaison and information resource for the clinic while overseeing the provision of therapeutic care in a holistic and evidence-based environment which produces excellent patient care with optimal patient outcomes.

• Utilizes the quality process and best practices to improve the clinical operations of the clinic.

• Continuously seeks ways to improve by ensuring implementation of evidence-based practices such as, but not limited to, discharge phone calls, leadership rounding (i.e. patients, physicians and internal customers), AIDET and HML conversations

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)

• Licensure: Licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse

• Experience: Two years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse

• Certification: BLS from the American Heart Association. ACLS from the American Heart Association.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous leadership experience (team lead, charge nurse, supervisory, management, etc)
