Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or management experience in healthcare settings.
• Experience managing operations in medical/outpatient clinics preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and patient-first approach.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities
