Metro Vein Centers is seeking a hands-on Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations, patient flow, and staff performance in a fast-paced outpatient clinic. You will lead 8–11 support staff and collaborate with one physician to ensure efficient, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of leadership or management experience required.
• Prior experience managing operations within a medical office, outpatient clinic, or specialty practice strongly preferred.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology and healthcare workflows preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and patient flow.
• Lead administrative and support staff while partnering with providers and clinical teams.
• Manage staffing schedules, PTO approvals, and daily operational coverage.
• Conduct onboarding, training, coaching conversations, and performance management.
• Support patient satisfaction by addressing escalated concerns professionally.
