Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Experience managing operations within a medical office or outpatient clinic.
• Strong leadership and people-management abilities in a high-volume healthcare setting.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and patient flow.
• Lead administrative and support staff and partner with physicians.
• Manage staffing schedules, PTO, and coverage.
• Support front-office efficiency and clinic performance.
• Address patient concerns and resolve operational issues in real time.
• Monitor KPIs, patient experience, and workflow efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies and standards.
