Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Experience in medical office or outpatient setting preferred.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and patient flow.
• Lead and develop front desk and clinic support staff.
• Coordinate with physicians and clinical teams.
• Manage staffing schedules and PTO requests.
• Support patient satisfaction and resolve escalated concerns.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with standards.
