Job summary

Fenway Health is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to oversee daily operations for RNs and LPNs in the outpatient clinic. The role emphasizes staff supervision, clinic workflow, and adherence to clinical standards and organizational policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Massachusetts RN or LPN license required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably outpatient.
• Leadership capability and independent judgment essential.
