AllHealth Network is seeking a Nurse Supervisor for Outpatient to lead the nursing team and oversee daily clinic operations across multiple outpatient sites in Littleton, CO. The role focuses on efficient patient flow, policy implementation, and staff training to deliver high-quality behavioral health care.

The ideal candidate has a BSN, an active RN license, and at least three years of psychiatric MH experience with supervisory exposure; a Master's degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• BSN required and RN license in good standing.
• Three years in psychiatric mental health with supervisory experience preferred.
• Not employ former or current clients or family members of clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and client flow in outpatient clinics.
• Mentor, train, and onboard nursing staff for outpatient procedures.
• Monitor documentation, audits, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide nursing coverage across outpatient sites and respond to emergencies.
• Recruit, select, and onboard nursing staff; conduct team rounds and trainings.
• Collaborate with managers to promote a positive culture and care integration.
• Ensure timely completion of clinical/administrative documentation.
