Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing and 5+ years in outpatient clinic management.
• Current RN licensure in New Mexico and CPR/First Aid certifications.
• Experience managing clinic budgets, staff, and patient flow.
• Strong communication, leadership and HIPAA compliance knowledge.
• Willingness to travel for meetings and cross-site coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily management of the medical clinic operation.
• Direct operational activities for delivery of patient care.
• Manage medical inventory and annual clinic budget.
• Perform triage nursing duties as needed and guide staff.
• Ensure compliance with audit standards and policies.
