Ideal Option and Ideal Balance is seeking a Clinic Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team in Albuquerque, NM. The RN will provide clinical and administrative support across multiple clinics, ensuring smooth operation and high-quality patient care.

The position involves phlebotomy, injections, patient education, and collaboration with providers. Schedule is Monday through Thursday with on-site duties at various clinics in Albuquerque and surrounding communities.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience, outpatient or hospital setting preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Proficient with computers and MS Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• De-escalation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative support to ensure clinic workflow.
• Obtain and maintain patient documentation, consents, and releases.
• Collect patient copays and payments; handle cash securely.
• Maintain motion of in-clinic funds and deposits.
• Deliver patient education and respond to questions about treatment.
• Perform phlebotomy and urine collection as directed by provider.
• Administer SubQ/IM injections per orders and protocols.
• Maintain supplies and inventory; ensure PHI/HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with providers and care team to meet patient goals.
• Prepare and clean the clinic; support outreach and development as needed.
