Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study.
- Eight (8) years of experience may substitute for the degree.
- Three (3) years in healthcare setting.
- Two (2) years of leadership experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational leadership for three urgent care locations.
- Lead, coach, and develop clinic staff and manage performance.
- Partner with providers and clinical teams to support patient flow.
- Monitor patient volumes, wait times, staffing, and billing processes.
- Manage staffing across locations to ensure coverage.
- Ensure regulatory, quality, safety, and clinical standards.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and experience.
- Oversee operating and capital budgets for all locations.
