Job summary

Concentra in Albuquerque, NM seeks a Clinical Manager to provide primary medical direction and coordinate professional healthcare services in our clinic. You will lead by example with direct patient care, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with licensure, certification, and accreditation standards.

Under the Regional Medical Director, you will partner with center leadership to improve patient outcomes, manage clinical operations, and develop staff through education and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program and licensed in-state.
• Currently licensed NP or PA in the state of practice.
• Minimum two years' experience in occupational medicine, urgent care, or emergency settings.

Responsibilities

• Spends 100% of time in a center providing direct patient care, leading by example, and creating an exceptional patient experience
• Manages medical treatment activities of the center and coordinates with other centers
• Ensures compliance with licensure, certification, and accreditation
• Hires and mentors staff to ensure quality care and adherence to policies
• Partners with leadership to optimize clinic operations and patient outcomes
• Reviews clinical policies, records, and performance to improve center results
• Drives cross-functional collaboration to implement best practice patterns
