Job summary

The ideal candidate will have an associate degree, 3 years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills. This hybrid position requires proximity to Mayo Clinic campuses.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in healthcare, nursing, business, or finance.
• Three years of ICD-10-CM and/or CPT/HCPCS coding knowledge.
• Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist – Outpatient (CCDS-O) required within three years.

Responsibilities

• Build strong working relationships with clinicians and administrators.
• Create and deliver presentations educating physicians and group practices.
• Track, monitor, and report on case reviews and document results achieved.
