Job summary

Ardent Health Services in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a day-shift, full-time Outpatient Cardiothoracic Medical Assistant to join our clinic team. You will provide patient care and handle administrative tasks in a clinic-based setting under the supervision of the physician or APP.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, basic EMR and MS Office skills, and BLS certification within 14 days of hire. Preference for CMA/RMA and an associate degree.

Qualifications

• Basic EMR and Microsoft Office experience required.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer and prior to direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• The Medical Assistant Non-Certified provides patient care and performs administrative and delegated clinical tasks in a clinic-based environment as part of a care team led by the physician or APP.
