Qualifications

• Master's degree in a mental health field from an accredited graduate school or equivalent.
• CPC, LMFT, or LCSW full unrestricted licensure acceptable for Master’s-level clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients and develop individualized care plans; provide psychotherapy and discharge planning.
• Gather information from multiple sources to monitor progress and outcomes.
• Manage time and caseload; complete paperwork timely; maintain confidentiality per privacy laws.
• Conduct internal/external support groups as requested; collaborate with healthcare professionals.
