Pine Rest is seeking a compassionate Clinical Therapist to provide assessment, counseling, and treatment services for individuals receiving behavioral health care at our Hastings office. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, deliver evidence-based therapy, and help patients build skills for recovery.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field is required.
• Current full Michigan licensure (LMSW, LPC, LP, or equivalent) is required.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral health assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches.
• Collaborate with treatment team to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Assist with crisis intervention, safety planning, and community resource coordination.
