Ascension ProCare Center in Melrose Park, IL, is seeking a licensed behavioral health professional for an outpatient setting. The role focuses on clinical assessment, diagnosis, and delivering individual, group, and family psychotherapy as part of a coordinated care team.

The position requires a Master’s degree and IL licensure (LCPC/LCSW/MD) with prior clinical services experience. Schedule is day shift with varied hours; generous benefits and ongoing professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• Illinois licensure required: Clinical Counselor, Counselor, Social Worker, or Marriage & Family Therapist before hire.
• Master's degree in Behavioral Health, Social Science, or Psychology.
• Must have experience providing clinical services to clients/patients.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Assessment & Diagnosis: Perform high-level diagnostic assessments to evaluate a patient's clinical needs and psychosocial status.
• Treatment & Psychotherapy: Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals and administer evidence-based therapy.
• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Partner with a multidisciplinary team and participate in care conferences to align on goals.
• Schedule: Monday–Wednesday 11:00 am–8:00 pm; Thursday 9:00 am–6:00 pm; Friday 9:00 am–3:30 pm.
