Responsibilities

• Oversee program development, coordination and compliance across all outpatient services.
• Supervise staff, conduct evaluations and clinical supervision as needed.
• Manage admissions, records, and licensing requirements; liaise with CEO and community agencies.
• Seek grants and contract funding; participate in program budgeting and financial oversight.
• Coordinate client care and ensure quality standards across mental health and SUD programs.
