Job summary

Lighthouse Behavioral Wellness Centers is seeking a Director of Outpatient Services to oversee daily operations of an outpatient counseling office. You will lead a team of professionals, supervise staff, manage budgets, and ensure high-quality care for clients with mental illness, trauma, or addiction.

Candidate must hold an Oklahoma state license and have at least two years in supervisory roles, with strong clinical judgment and commitment to trauma-informed collaborative care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental health or substance abuse field from an accredited university.
• Oklahoma state licensure as a LPC, LBP, LMFT, LCSW, or LADC.
• Two years experience in a professional clinical role.
• Two years experience in a supervisory role.
• Strong judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Core competencies in co-occurring disorders, trauma-informed care and collaborative care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interaction with care teams, clinics, and community partners to coordinate Lighthouse services.
• Oversee clinic budget and supervise expenditures to ensure fiscal responsibility.
• Provide monthly supervision and develop Performance Improvement Plans for staff needs.
• Plan and implement new training and educational opportunities for staff.
• Ensure crisis intervention services during and after hours as needed.
• Lead staff meetings and participate in management team discussions.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal requirements for clinical records and documentation.
• Recruit, train and supervise clinic personnel to maintain care quality.
• Foster an inclusive work environment and coordinate care with internal/external providers.
