Job summary

Carle Health is seeking an inpatient Behavioral Health Clinician to support assessment, treatment planning, psychotherapy/counseling, and discharge planning on the behavioral health units.

Requires a Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work or Counseling, CPI certification, and the ability to drive between facilities. You will provide individual and group therapy, contribute to milieu management, and document progress toward treatment goals in the patient records.

Qualifications

• Master's degrees in Psychology, Social Work or Counseling required.
• CPI training/certification required.
• Travel to other UPH facilities/hospitals may be required.
• Must drive own vehicle for business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Provides individual and group therapy to assist patients in achieving treatment goals.
• Provides individual therapy and supports milieu management as per treatment plans.
• Facilitates at least one group process-oriented therapy session per day.
• Documentation is timely, uses the DAIR format, and reflects progress toward goals.
• Collaborates in development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
