• Arrange family visits, coordinate transportation, and ensure client needs are met.
• Maintain communication among family, referrals source and Path Behavioral Healthcare.
• Attend court hearings as appropriate.
• Ensure documentation and billing adheres to policy and standards within the EHR system.
