Job summary

Universal Health Services seeks an Account Manager to bridge the facility, community, and referral networks. You will drive demand for outpatient behavioral health services by applying ethical marketing and sales strategies, while collaborating with the Business Development team to enhance brand presence.

Based in the Phoenix area, you will manage a territory, build relationships with physicians, telepsychiatry providers, and private practices, and deliver timely reports to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 3–5 years of related work experience.
• Demonstrated business development concepts and sales abilities.
• Knowledge of marketing and sales principles.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in data collection, analysis, and interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between the facility, community, and referral agencies.
• Implement strategic sales plans to achieve business development goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources and target markets.
• Maintain top accounts, contacts, and planning reports; complete required documentation.
• Monitor referrals and admissions; adjust weekly sales action plans accordingly.
• Represent the organization in the community through outreach and events.
