Job summary

Palo Verde Behavioral Health Hospital in Tucson, AZ, is seeking an experienced Assessment Counselor/Coordinator for our Outpatient Department. You will conduct clinical evaluations and admissions for the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and serve as the initial contact for patients and referral sources, performing telephonic and in-person assessments.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in related field; RN welcome to apply without Master's Degree.
• 3-5 years minimum experience, preferred.
• Licenses: LMSW, LPC, LISAC, or RN, preferred.
