Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in related field required.
• 3-5 years experience preferred.
• LMSW, LPC, LISAC, or RN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the initial contact for patients and referral sources, performing clinical assessments.
• Determines appropriate level of care by consulting with the hospital psychiatrist for disposition.
• Facilitates admission process and provides clinical information for ongoing treatment.
