Job summary

La Colombe D’or is seeking a dedicated Outlets Manager to oversee multiple food and beverage outlets within the hotel. The role requires strong leadership to ensure consistent service standards across venues and to drive guest satisfaction.

You will supervise daily operations, mentor staff, manage cash handling, and coordinate with hotel management to uphold safety and quality standards. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manager or leadership role in the hotel or restaurant industry preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and oversee multiple outlets efficiently.
• Team-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach to leadership.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations across multiple food and beverage outlets.
• Provide training, mentoring, and supporting outlet staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest needs and resolving issues.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency in all outlets.
• Oversee cash handling, opening/closing duties, and shift reports.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in all outlets.
• Collaborate with hotel management to enhance guest experiences.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and health & safety standards.
• Oversee minibar operations in guest rooms. Ensure minibar storage are well-stocked and properly maintained. Supervise minibar attendant. Assist with liquor, beer, wine and food inventory and ordering.
