Job summary

Falcon Hotel Corp in the United States, Springfield, seeks an experienced Outlet Manager to lead our hotel’s food and beverage operations, guiding a team dedicated to exceptional guest experiences and memorable dining.

You will oversee restaurant, bar and other outlets, develop menus with culinary and service teams, manage budgets, schedule staff, ensure health and safety standards, and foster a positive, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage management; hotel experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of health, safety and sanitation standards.
• Experience budgeting and controlling costs.
• Guest-focused mindset with passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Hospitality or management certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Hospitality or management certifications are a plus.
