Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Restaurant Outlets Supervisor to oversee our hotel restaurant outlets and lead the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will manage shifts, support the Director of Outlets in their absence, and ensure operations meet our high standards of service and efficiency. A minimum of one year in a leadership role and familiarity with MICROS are required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of leadership experience in a restaurant or hotel setting.
• Experience supervising front-of-house teams and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Familiarity with MICROS operating system and POS tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel restaurant outlets to ensure high standards of service.
• Lead the front-of-house team in the absence of the Director of Outlets.
• Coordinate staff schedules and ensure smooth daily operations.

Here is what you will be doing each day:

As our Restaurant Outlets Supervisor, you will be working with our front-of-house food & beverage team to ensure all restaurant outlets in the hotel are operating in accordance with our high standards of guest satisfaction. You will lead the team in the absence of the Director of Outlets and ensure the satisfaction of our guests who patron the outlets within the hotel.

You have at least one year of experience in a leadership role within a restaurant or hotel setting and are familiar with the MICROS operating system.
