Windsor Hospitality at Embassy Suites Arcadia is seeking an Outlet Waitstaff member for a part-time role. You will present menus, take orders, relay to kitchen and bar, serve courses promptly, and ensure every guest leaves satisfied in a fast-paced dining environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide attentive, personalized service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-facing role.
• Strong teamwork and communication with diverse guests.

Responsibilities

• Present the menu to guests, answer questions, and make knowledgeable suggestions regarding food and service.
• Write or memorize guest orders accurately.
• Relay orders to the kitchen and service bar; serve courses and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Observe guests throughout the dining experience to fulfill additional requests and identify when the meal has been completed.
• Total the bill and accept payment or direct guests to the cashier.
• Assist with food service tasks as needed, including ladling soup, tossing salads, portioning pies and desserts, and brewing coffee.
• Clear and reset counters or tables at the conclusion of each course as needed.
• Maintain work areas in a clean and orderly fashion throughout the shift.
