Job summary

The Woodlands Resort is seeking an outlet server assistant to help maintain a clean, welcoming dining area and deliver stellar service. You will support the Outlet Manager and servers, ensure proper table settings, stock stations, and assist with guest arrival and dining experiences.

This on-site position emphasizes teamwork, reliable attendance, and physical endurance to lift and move items. The role aligns with our hospitality standards and guest-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Able to move or push up to 150 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to adapt communication style for different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Clear dirty table settings quickly and reset tables.
• Reset all service ware promptly and consistently.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations across meal periods.
• Serve beverages, bread, and butter and replenish as needed.
• Transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area for cleaning.
• Attend regularly and be available to work as scheduled.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
