Job summary

Renaissance Seattle is seeking a Renaissance Navigator (Outlet Supervisor) to deliver personalized experiences for guests with creativity and enthusiasm. The role reports to the Outlet Manager and focuses on floor presence, service excellence, and supporting management decisions.

The position requires two years of restaurant experience (hotel preferred) and prior supervisory responsibilities. The hotel offers overtime eligibility and opportunities to lead promotion programs within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Two years of related restaurant experience, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Experience in a lead or supervisory role, training staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active presence on the floor to ensure maximum service.
• Fill in as needed during busy times: taking tables, bussing, bartending, etc.
• Knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation.
• Familiarity with all beverage products and bar operations.
• Communicate staff concerns to the manager clearly and professionally.
• Ensure high quality of food, beverages and service in the restaurant.
