Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years' guest service experience in a family or formal dining environment.
• Ability to read and write English.
• High School diploma or GED equivalency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide superior service across all food and beverage operations.
• Maintain a pleasant and courteous attitude throughout the shift.
• Complete opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Assist bussers with setting tables and clearing dinning areas.
• Present menus, suggest courses and drinks, answer questions on food prep.
• Take orders and serve beverages and meals per established procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of house and call liquors and applicable standards.
• Handle payments and assist with cashier procedures.
