Job summary

Fairmont El San Juan Hotel Outlet Server is responsible for ensuring that every guest enjoys a personalized and unique dining experience at the Isla Verde Beach property in Puerto Rico. The role requires bilingual communication in English and Spanish and at least two years of VIP food and beverage experience.

Knowledge of wines and basic drink mixing is preferred. The hotel offers employee benefits and opportunities for professional growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to speak English and Spanish.
• VIP food & beverage experience preferred.
• Wine knowledge training certificate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized dining experiences for guests.
• Assist with upselling and guest service excellence.
• Maintain hospitality standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

Education & Skills

• High School graduate
• Ability to speak English and Spanish

Experience

• 2 years food and beverage VIP experience in related field
• Demonstrate knowledge of wines to include: Certificate of completion of wine training seminar or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic knowledge of mixing drinks
• Hospitality experience preferred
