Job summary

Fairmont El San Juan Hotel is seeking a Concierge Agent to create memorable guest experiences at Isla Verde Beach. You will provide local area information, arrange dining reservations, transportation, and fulfill guest requests to ensure exceptional service.

Responsibilities include assisting guests with tailored recommendations, coordinating arrangements, and maintaining strong guest relations in a lively resort environment with English and Spanish communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School graduate.
• Ability to speak and write clearly in English and Spanish.
• Ability to carry out detailed, involved instructions both written and oral.
• Capacity to multi task, prioritize and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide special assistance and information about local area, attractions to guests.
• Book dinner reservations, transportation and other guest requests/actions to contribute to an exceptional experience.
