Job summary

Wayfair is hiring a Retail Receiving Associate for our Greensboro, NC outlet store. The base pay is $16 per hour. This role is part-time, 20 hours per week, with weekends and dayshift required. Store hours are Mon-Sat 10am-8pm, Sun 11am-7pm.

Responsibilities include stock receiving, maintaining stock levels, assisting customers, and supporting order fulfillment across channels. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in stock receiving or retail customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of stock receiving required; retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and passion for great customer service.
• Strong organization, self-motivation, communication and relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and create a best in class customer experience by connecting customers with Wayfair's home assortment in stores.
• Manage and monitor stock levels, merchandise adjacencies, presentations, signing, and assortment to keep the sales floor stocked.
• Support customer fulfillment across all channels including order pick up and incoming inventory.
• Maintain visual standards, replenishment, safety and backroom operations.
• Participate in all store operational aspects: floor sets, substitutions and upkeep.
• Present a positive, professional attitude with customers and teammates.
