• Analytical, problem-solving and decisive decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS, Microsoft Office and inventory systems.
• Experience with inventory management systems.
• Adaptable and resilient with a solutions-focused mindset.
• Ability to work a dynamic schedule across all operational hours.

Responsibilities

• Train the stock team to uphold safety protocols and inventory policies.
• Oversee receipt, processing, and transition of merchandise from truck to storage to sales floor.
• Safeguard inventory integrity through tagging and monitoring key metrics.
• Direct release of product to third-party delivery partners and customers.
• Authorize and manage destruction of MOS items per policy.
• Ensure interactions with customers and delivery partners reflect service standards.
