Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proficiency in operational financial management, accountability, and budgeting.
  • Ability to lead, train, coach, and support front-of-house team members.
  • Ability to manage guest relations professionally, tactfully, and diplomatically.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License.
  • Food Handler and ServSafe certifications.
  • TIPS Alcohol Certification.
  • Ability to work varying schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day front-of-house operations of the assigned outlet.
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and adherence to company service standards.
  • Maintain front-of-house operating supplies and inventory levels.
  • Oversee team member training, coaching, scheduling, and performance support.
  • Ensure prompt, efficient, and friendly service to guests.
  • Ensure compliance with department policies, procedures, internal controls, and regulations.
  • Manage guest relations professionally, tactfully, and diplomatically.
  • Ensure payment or comp authorization and proper cash-handling procedures.
  • Oversee balancing of cash registers at end of each shift.
  • Train team members to support operational and service standards.
  • Collaborate with internal departments on outlet operations, promotions, events, and property initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze operational and guest service metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain visible leadership during peak periods, special events, and property functions.
  • Attend periodic meetings and training sessions.
  • Assist the supervisor with weekly and monthly orders.
  • Promote positive guest and team member relations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
