Job summary

Goodwill Central Coast is seeking an Outlet Sales Associate to support daily operations in our Salinas outlet. You will assist customers, stock merchandise, and perform cashier duties while ensuring a clean, safe shopping environment.

In the absence of the Outlet Supervisor, you will help run store operations, manage basic bank deposits, and supervise cash register functions. A high school diploma and six months retail experience are required; forklift certification within 90 days is essential.

JOB SUMMARY:Assist the Outlet Supervisor with daily operations. Responsible for store operations in the absence of the Outlet Supervisor. The job requires the incumbent to occasionally deal with short deadlines or special events, which may require some overtime.
