Job summary

ArborMetrics (AMS) is seeking a Work Planner to support vegetation management projects in outdoor settings across North Carolina. You will assess sites, coordinate field crews, and ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of work while delivering value to our utility clients.

This role requires ability to hike long distances, operate tablets, and communicate with customers and supervisors. ISA certification preferred, GIS experience helpful, and a focus on safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Identify and report safety hazards, incidents, and unsafe conditions.
• Follow safety standards and protocols for driving, wildfire prevention, and injury prevention.
• Inspect and document vegetation work (pruning/removal) at customer properties and record data.
• Use forestry computer systems for data entry and tracking.
