Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing a work crew of 5–10 people.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience in teaching, coaching, or mentoring is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a work crew in public beautification projects: litter abatement, landscaping, and related tasks.
• Ensure accurate time recording and adherence to T&A processes, reviewing records daily.
• Ensure customers' work orders are completed to a high standard.
• Maintain positive staff morale through leadership and teamwork.
