Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in landscape construction or crew leadership.
• Experience operating and maintaining landscape equipment and machinery.
• Must be 21 years or older; valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and perform physically demanding outdoor work.
• Must be customer-focused and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate landscape crews and daily jobsite activities.
• Organize materials, equipment, and labor to keep projects on schedule.
• Install and maintain landscaping, irrigation systems, walls, patios, and other features.
• Operate trucks, trailers, skid steers, blowers, trimmers, and other landscape equipment.
• Perform snow removal when needed and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Communicate progress with customers and management; conduct final site inspections.
