Job summary

Northwest Passage Ltd is looking for a full-time Passage Way Instructor based in Frederic, WI. You will provide instruction on practicing therapeutic lifestyle components and ensure supervision and engagement of youth in a residential treatment setting.

The role includes leading fitness programs, maintaining a safe environment, and fostering connections with diverse youth. A bachelor's degree and prior experience in mental health settings are preferred, alongside strong communication and outdoor

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in outdoor and/or experiential education, human services field, or physical education/health education preferred.
Prior experience working with youth in a residential or mental health setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and clients.

Responsibilities

Provide instruction on therapeutic lifestyle components to youth in a residential setting.
Lead fitness programs including traditional fitness methods and outdoor activities.
Supervise and support youth during activities to ensure safety.
