Responsibilities

• Safely collect solid waste and recyclables from customer premises and curbside locations.
• Assist drivers with safe vehicle operations and backing up in tight spaces.
• Load waste into collection vehicles and operate compaction equipment safely.
• Pre-trip inspections and ensuring required equipment and PPE are on board.
• Report route issues promptly and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor.
