Job summary

ArborMetrics Solutions, LLC is seeking a Transmission Work Planner to join our outdoor vegetation management team. The role involves safety compliance, field operations, and stakeholder coordination at multiple work sites in Anderson, SC.

You will identify hazards, document vegetation work, and use forestry computer systems for data entry while reporting to field leadership. The position requires endurance for long days outdoors and the ability to work independently in diverse conditions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Utility Vegetation Management (UVM) experience or relevant forestry experience.
• Knowledge of tree species identification, hazard tree assessment, invasive species management, and understanding of tree growth patterns.
• Ability to hike/Walk Right-of-Ways (ROWs) and drive for extended periods of time.
• Experience with GIS software/technology as well as Microsoft Suite and an iPhone.

Responsibilities

• Identify and report safety hazards, incidents, and unsafe conditions.
• Follow safety standards, including safe driving, wildfire prevention, and injury prevention protocols.
• Promote ArborMetrics values in daily actions.
