ArborMetrics Solutions, LLC is seeking a Distribution Work Planner to join our team. This outdoor field role involves driving to sites, inspecting vegetation work, and documenting field data while adhering to safety standards.

You will collaborate with leadership and contractors, handle storm response tasks, and support ongoing training for industry certifications. A driven, adaptable candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of vegetation management practices and safety
• Ability to hike/walk Right-of-Ways (ROW) and drive long hours
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to change and work outdoors in various conditions

Responsibilities

• Identify and report safety hazards and unsafe conditions.
• Follow safety standards including driving, wildfire prevention, and injury prevention.
• Safely drive to work sites and hike ROWs up to 10 miles/day; inspect vegetation work.
• Plan aerial saw work and audit contractors' compliance with specifications.
• Record vegetation data using tablets and forestry computer systems.
• Communicate with leadership, auditors, clients, contractors, landowners, and the public.
