Eocene Environmental Group, Inc. is seeking a Vegetation Program Lead to guide vegetation management operations across varied landscapes, from city streets to remote forests. You will lead field teams, coordinate with utility partners, and help shape sustainable right-of-way practices.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience, knowledge of vegetation management, and the ability to work independently in rugged terrain, with strong communication and safety focus.

• Leadership experience leading field teams and coordinating with partners.
• Experience with vegetation management and safety compliance.
• Excellent communication and independent work skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead vegetation management operations, contractor performance, and emergency response.
• Coordinate VM activities, scheduling, progress monitoring, and process improvement.
• Clarify expectations with PG&E representatives for contractor staff.
• Assist with customer interactions, including complaints and access issues.
• Support meetings, field visits, and project management tasks.
• Perform data research to identify and resolve issues.
• Provide support to Vegetation Management Inspectors.
• Ensure on-site safety practices and report equipment conditions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by PG&E or EOCW management.
