Eocene Environmental Group, Inc. is seeking a Vegetation Program Lead to oversee field teams across outdoor settings, coordinating with utility partners and managing vegetation programs safely and efficiently.

You will lead field operations, develop process improvements, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. This role emphasizes leadership, problem solving, and effective communication in diverse outdoor environments.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
• Degree or experience in Forestry, Arboriculture, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Leadership experience and familiarity with PG&E contractor work practices.
• ISA Certified Arborist (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead vegetation management operations and contractor performance.
• Coordinate scheduling, progress monitoring, and process improvements.
• Assist with customer interactions, including complaints and access issues.
• Support agency meetings, field visits, and project management tasks.
• Ensure on-site safety and report equipment conditions.
• Perform database sleuthing to identify issues.
