Qualifications

• Ability to walk for long periods
• Ability to carry backpack sprayer up to 50 pounds
• Read pesticide labels and apply label rates
• Operate and care for equipment with safety
• Work outdoors in varied conditions

Responsibilities

• Hand-pull weeds and apply professional spray applications on commercial sites
• Assist a small team to maintain property appearance throughout season
• Identify Minnesota weeds and follow maps/directions for site tasks
• Maintain safety protocols and proper equipment care
